According to the Oxford Dictionaries, the word grateful means feeling or showing an appreciation for something well done and received.

You can be grateful that you have a nice house, the weather, your family, the fact you are reading this blog.
Besides that, being grateful improves your health, both mentally and physically.
The great part about this is that it really doesn’t take much time!
